How Does the Website Design Process Work?
The first portion of the website design process is a client questionnaire or website design brief, where we learn about the business and needs of the site.
Next, we will review some examples of sites to see what you like and dislike. This will allow us to get a taste of your ideal style.
Our designers will create a design based on the information collected, it will be presented, and edits will be made based on client feedback.
How Long Does the Design Phase Take?
The design phase typically takes 2-3 weeks. This is mostly dependent on client responses, approvals, and edits.
Who Will I Be Working with?
An Account Owner will be your point of contact and guide you through the process. On occasion, you will also meet with other members of the team such as designers and copywriters.
When Do I Pay?
You will be charged half of the total cost up front as a deposit. Once the design is complete, you will be charged the remaining amount.
Are There Unlimited Edits?
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with the end design. Please keep in mind that most of our estimates are based on number of hours. If additional hours are spent, additional charges may incur.
Who Writes the Content?
We have content writers that can write the copy on your website. If you have your own copy, we can simply input that as well.
